That you would build better than designed, because it was in our interest, is only one of the many ways you exemplified your high ethics and intent to give the highest quality at the best price. We found your word was true and your effort was tireless, focused on our interests alone. Your open and detailed attention and experienced insight helped us find solutions we would never have considered, making our home far more functional and comfortable than we ever dreamed.
We especially appreciated the courtesy, attention to detail and care taken by each member of your crew, from ground breaking through to final completion. You have more than lived up to your motto "where speed and quality go hand in hand". Each of your crews demonstrated the highest ethics, showing up promptly, making the best use of their time, selecting top quality materials and excellent workmanship.
Throughout construction I was impressed with how you watched our dollar as closely as you would your own. You consistently used top quality materials and provided upgrades as your standard, never going over budget. Along the way as we made different decisions, you always helped keep the cost vs. benefit picture very clear.

Dear Customer considering Bertram Construction,
We hired Bertram Construction in August of 2008, to build our personal residential home in Kidd Island Bay, Coeur D' Alene, Idaho. Our building site was very challenging and narrow. We started in October 1st and soon found ourselves building during the winter that had the most snow fall in recorded history. Considering the mountain of challenges we experienced our home turned out beautifully.
We put our complete faith in Travis Bertram and he guided us in each phase of the project. Travis is kind, fun, knowledgable and a great guy to hire when starting a construction project.
